Return and Exchange Policy:
- All return exchange, and maintenance transactions require the presence of the original invoice.
- Customer has the right to refund in 7 days from purchase provided that items are not delivered.
- Customer has the right to exchange purchased items in 14 days from purchase provided that items are not delivered with the exception of special orders.
- Customer can’t return or exchange bed sheets pillow cases, mattresses, accessories and carpets.
- Exchanged or refunded items don’t get additional days to the original invoice date for return of exchange.
- Invoice should be paid in full in 7 days from purchase date. In case of exceeding this period, the invoice will be cancelled and amount will be converted into store credit.
- If the customer wishes to return after receipt, the products must be in the original condition (carton) and 20% of the invoice value must be deducted from the shipping and withdrawal fees.
- For special orders, customer has to pay at least 50% down payment and has the right to cancel if the order is delayed.
- Refund amount is paid back up to 7 working days from the request date, as long as items are not delivered/received and the request follows company’s terms and conditions.
- Products purchased via auction cannot be returned/exchanged.
- In the event that an incorrect price, stock availability, dimension, description, or image is listed on a product, Al Rugaib Furniture has the rights to reject or cancel any order purchased or submitted for that product.
- Products from third parties like Lowha , in-house , backcomfort , and Nice can’t be returned/exchanged.
- The company has the full right to cancel the order if there is a technical error, and the customer has no right to demand compensation.
Auction Products:
- Products purchased via auction cannot be returned/exchanged.
- Products purchased from auctions are not covered by the warranty.
- Products offered in the auction may be:
- Not clean.
- Have some damages or scratches.
- Comes without factory packaging.
Garage Sale:
- Any purchased items from the Garage Sale site cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The invoiced amount must be fully paid in advance before receiving the item.
- No insurance policy on the Garage Sale items.
- No maintenance on any purchased Garage Sale items.
- No delivery on any purchased Garage Sale items.
Warranty and After Sales Services:
- The company offers free maintenance (doesn’t include overuse) identified by our specialist for all purchases as per the manufacturer’s warranty rules.
- The company offers a price guarantee policy for all purchases during the first 14 days of purchase by refunding the difference. The customer has to show all supporting documents. Note: The policy doesn’t include direct purchases from suppliers or distributors.
- During promotions, the company offer discounts in the form of credit for invoices that were issued in the last 14 days.
- In the event of failure of fulfillment, the customer has the right to refund the invoice without additional compensation.
- Products purchased from auctions are not covered by the warranty.
Maintenance Request:
- Under the circumstance a customer requests the furniture to be picked-up and sent for maintenance service, there is an initial fee of SAR 150 up to SAR 500 depending on the location, to be paid beforehand for the pick-up services.
- A link will be sent to the customer to process the payment and request a maintenance service.
